Spiritual Guidance | Mantras | Meditation |Mudra therapy | Aroma Therapy | Color Therapy:
We firmly believe, spirituality is much beyond any religion.
Spiritual knowledge helps us to recognize our inner self and thus figure out the true purpose of life.
We offer Spiritual Guidance, promote meditation and guide you with mantra therapy to correct your auric field or chakras.
Mantras work directly upon our karmas. : the accumulated latencies and tendencies with which we are born. The vibrations of these ancient formulas work through the chakras to increase the flow if beneficial energy throughout the subtle body where these latencies and tendencies are stored.
The energy created through mantra practice may lead one to forms therapy quite different from the ones used initially. Sometimes, however if the karmic baggage is too high mantra therapy might not help completely yet it can lessen the karmic baggage you take in the future lives.
Meditation therapy is “a method of relaxation and consciousness expansion by focusing on a mantra or a keyword, sound, or image while eliminating outside stimuli from one’s awareness” (Mosby’s Medical Dictionary, 2009).
There are many types of meditation. Examples include mindfulness, body scan, loving-kindness, walking, Zen, mantra, and transcendental meditations. They can be further categorized into insight or calming and guided or unguided. In the world of meditation, there is an approach for everyone.
Each type of meditation has a few things in common: choosing a quiet spot, finding a comfortable posture, and focusing your attention while remaining open (National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, n.d.)
The duration of a meditation practice is as short as one minute to several hours. There also is not a “right” or “only” way to practice. It is as diverse as the people who practice it.
The effectiveness of the meditation process totally depends on :
- Who is meditating
- What you are meditating on
- Ambience of meditation
- Sincerity/focus of meditation
MUDRA’s helps cure disirders, both of mind and body.
MUDRA therapy or vigyaan (the science of healing through finger postures) was devised by Indian rishis, and is based on the premise of the human body being made up of five basic elements- earth, water, fire, air and sky, and the five fingers of our hand representing these five basic elements with each one related to one particular element . This therapy is based on the premise that disease is a result of the imbalance in these five elements of the body. Healing takes place when the imbalance is corrected. And in mudra therapy , this can be done by pressing certain points on our fingers and palms ,or by folding fingers in a particular way because our fingers are known to emit electromagnetic waves.
Aromatherapy is a pseudoscience based on the usage of aromatic materials, including essential oils, and other aroma compounds, with claims for improving psychological or physical well-being.
It is offered as a complementary therapy or as a form of alternative medicine, the first meaning alongside standard treatments

You can use these alone or in any combination. There are nearly one hundred types of essential oils available. Generally, people use the most popular oils.

Color therapy (or chromotherapy) is an alternative remedy that uses color and light to treat physical or mental health by balancing the body’s energy centers, also known chakras. Colors are all around us. They’re in the natural world, in the homes we live in, the cars we drive, the clothes we wear, and the entertainment we watch. Colors aren’t just meaningless parts of our environment, either. They can change the way we feel and react to different situations. Color therapy uses these powers of color to heal, energize, and soothe us.
Some colors are considered to be stimulating, whereas others may be soothing and, therefore, colors may impact one’s energy level, mood, appetite, emotions and even decision-making. Perhaps that means that color and lighting (i.e. an illuminated form of color) can be useful healing tools in combating an array of aliments.
